The A/R Collections Rep is responsible for managing the collections process and maintaining customer accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Collections on past due invoices
* Payment application
* Assist customers with billing issues and questions
* Meet weekly/monthly productivity goals and incentives
* Prepare a variety of status reports, including aging reports
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years Collections and A/R experience
* Must be target driven and results oriented
* Strong computer skills – Excel spreadsheets and reports
* Some accounting coursework highly recommended
* Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
